We started because Cardiff's scene was too scattered to navigate. People knew someone who knew someone — and that was it. So we built a place where the path is shorter: a Telegram group, a Signal mirror, and a habit of meeting outdoors where nobody is bothered.
Cannabis is illegal for recreational use in Wales, same as the rest of the UK. Possession can lead to a caution, a fine, or worse if you're unlucky. We talk about this openly because pretending otherwise helps nobody.
There's no calendar and no membership card. Someone posts in the chat, a few people show up, and that's a meetup. The weather in Cardiff does what it wants, so we adapt.
